The Restaurant
A full sit-down restaurant opens on Jones Street, a home for the whole community.

As immigrants who graduated from Omaha Central High School, they experienced firsthand the challenges and opportunities of building a new life in America. Through hard work, determination, and support from their community, they turned their vision into reality.
Growing up, food was always at the center of family gatherings, celebrations, and traditions. The brothers wanted to bring those same authentic flavors and warm hospitality to their neighbors, not only to serve great food, but also to introduce people to the rich culture, traditions, and hospitality of the Middle East.
Every dish at Zaytuna reflects family recipes, quality ingredients, and a commitment to sharing a piece of their heritage. Their goal is simple: to create a welcoming place where people from all backgrounds can come together, enjoy delicious food, and experience a culture built on generosity and community.
Today, Zaytuna is more than a restaurant, it is the story of two brothers, their family's journey, and their gratitude for the community that has supported them along the way. Every customer who walks through the door becomes part of that story.
Thank you for being part of our family.
